Rock concerts are held out in DTE in Clarkston Mi, Pontiac clubs or Royal Oak theatre. Ross has been checked in multiple cities, even got shot at in his homeland. This whole thing sounds like a personal issue between him and Trick anyway.

You can extort these rappers, because their moral code won't allow them to get the law involved, instead they just have to take that L.
