It's harder than doom eternal. Doom has a huge amount of weapon variety and consistent ways to regain health.Difficulty wise this joint on some doom eternal shyt?

Returnal isn't as frenetic in pace as Doom Eternal but the difficulty comes from very limited access to ways to regenerate health and it pushes you to play without getting hit a single time since weapon damage stacks with multipliers that reset when you take damage.
Now Doom Eternal on ultra nightmare is a different beast and is easily harder than returnal.
I'm comparing Doom Eternal on Nightmare (which I feel is the standard-ish way you should play it) to Returnal though and in that regard Returnal is harder because of the reasons I mentioned above.
I have to get back to this soon
On biome 2 still
Doom eternal ultra nightmare is permanent death.no game with checkpoints is gonna be harder imo
Only question is, what happened to the room with the huge black orb in the center that used to be on biome 1 when the game first came out?
Pretty sure it's still there. Some rooms only randomly show up.
I’ve never come across it again after the first time i saw it

Maybe it only shows up in runs for players that have skills.
