I love slow moving survival horror, but I just can not get into this.
Tried to like it, but the thing nearly put me to sleep.
Combine that with the micromanaging and the fact that the entire game consists of puzzles and I just said screw it.
Became a chore to play and that just isn't fun to me.
Already deleted it off the hard drive. Dread I made the purchase.

Damn if u don't like Resident Evil what kinda Horror games u like?...I feel the dopest part about past horror games is the puzzles...

I enjoy the genre period.
Most recently I beat Alien Isolation which is arguably just as slow and intense as this, especially on higher difficulties.
Even has the same manual save system more or less.
The constant puzzles in this are just annoying imo, but to each his own.
Maybe if I'd played the early RE games as a kid I'd be more receptive, but I have no nostalgia to help motivate me to trudge through this.

Ohhhh..I see...Yea..if u was old enough and grew up on survival horror u would know the constant puzzles and backtracking and shyt is part of the charm...

love this game, but I understand the gripes you have....esp with the damn puzzles, but for me I cant remember beating this as a kid or on GC, but I beat RE2, Code Veronica, and RE Zero...I gotta get that alien game once it drops a lil

I forgot how terrifying the shuffle and moaning sounds are I walk through a door hear that and freeze up cause i can't see them unless i move further towards the danger to shift the camera angle. Be like naaa and go back the way i came

fukk them for takin out the nade launcher glitch
