I'm simply pointing out that the comparison makes no sense. Validity is in the eye of the beholder. What makes atheism or agnosticism more valid than theism other than what a person believes?
an atheist is something you cant label somebody, we just don't believe in religion and choose not to. its not a way of life or practice, its common sense.

I don't think atheism or agnosticism is any more valid than deism, but I'm not sure I'm willing to extend that to theism.

And that's what you believe...

Ok. But that didn't answer my question at all. :heh:

all you need to know about religion is that at one time, greek mythology was 'true'. zeus created the universe

now we learn how that was ducktales, because its played out. christianity and islam will follow, just give it another thousand years

Christianity is in that stage RIGHT NOW. The transition stage. Hell, you already have Christians, some on this board, saying that the Bible is all stories and not meant to be taken literal. Catholic Schools teach evolution and the Big Bang. Christians are more and more secular every day.

Islam on the other hand is still young and it doesn't help that some of the regions where Islam is most prevalent has socio-economic and political issues. But it's important to note that Egypt had a massive secular movement and a minority atheist/agnostic movement in the revolutions there.
