DC is whiteting by the decade in 2020 it will be only 45 percent black, yet people taking shots at John Goodman and are at the reailty. DC, Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, Phila, these cities our SUPPOSED to be ours yet we running just like white people did 60 years ago. When black people get money they never put it back into the community and this is just another example...

thats the thing...........nikkas dont do anything to help the healing in black communities. If you aint interested in helping, cool, do you...... but if you one of the people who critize the community you got nothing to do with then you are part of the problem.

Some other areas, dudes have zero regard for anything at all. I was watching this docu on South Central and these dudes rolled up on a 12 year old girl and blasted on her while she was getting an ice cream bar. Nobody knew why other than she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Exactly. Don't complain about gentrification Harlem, west philly, East Baltimore gentrifying if you live in Glen Burine, Englewood NJ or Abington PA. The White folks putting in work because you aren't! nikkas want to have it both ways. pos rep.

Why would you stay in the city when you can afford to live elsewhere? Why would a Doctor live next door to a crack head? Here's a complex idea. How about enough black people actually make wealth so they can have their own affluent neighborhoods in the suburbs. The city is loud and congested. Not everyone likes that and no one should be forced to stay in the city just because they are black. Black people segregate themselves from everyone much more than white people ever could.

Great Migration Breh. Those were the magnets for black from the south. Now that black move to the burbs (or Atlanta ) the white folks move in and reclaim the city. nikkas pissing on our history and then complain so and so took over the hood. What did you expect when you moved out.

They moved up there for jobs. The jobs left...what are they sticking around for? We're not talking about the Motherland we're talking about Cleveland.

People move around looking for better opportunities. Thats a good thing. Building a community is good too, but if there are no opportunities in that community all you're building is a fukkin ghetto.

And for the record black people can be guilty of gentrification too. If a thousand black PHds from out of town move into the projects and attract businesses and raise the property value...the rent is gonna go up just the same and the original tenent are getting moved out.

What ya'll want people to do is grow up in the hood, go to college or get a job and then move back to the exact same hood they were raised in. That is not realistic. (Even though I did it, but I like living here )
