The PS5 had some advanced level hard drive tech that meant a normal PC couldn’t run this due to the world streaming. The hardware requirements for this must be brutal.

At the time the PS5 released, there weren't any NVME SSDs that were as fast as the PS5's internal drive. Now there are though.
Edit:Technically there were but they weren't going to matter being used on Windows since games aren't taking advantage of it.
