I had Magic over KD3 but after listening to KD3 today I have to put it first. Neither have one single miss but it's extra impressive that KD3 is that consistent for 17 songs.

No bad or even average albums imo, amazing run. Magic 2 might be the best out of the bunch rapping wise...but musically the others are better to me.

KD 1 - I really don't like that much. It's cool, but overall I just feel it's there.

I think he and Hitboy got better with each album though, so KD3 and Magic can be interchangeable at times.

I haven't listed to Magic 2 yet

I love the album...only thing I dislike about it is that generic ass cover. But it's one of Nas best albums.

Only downside for me was no surprises or unexpected directions like the other releases. Felt like a mix of KD2 and Magic. Even Magic 2 which to me the weakest of the series, tracks like Abracadabra and Black Magic was not at all what you'd expect

Still a great project though

I understand besides the Lauryn Charlie Epmd joints I don't like the other features. YKTV always been weak to me Eminem(Reggie should've been on there), never been a fan of Brunch on Sundays. Everything else on KD2 is. I do think KD2 has the most highs. Just for me Magic sound is the one that resonates. I'm one of those project block 90's nikkaz. KD2 is like 4.25 Magic &KD3 are definite 4,5 IDGAF what anyone says
