They play the same way with a slightly altered lineup...it's still a heavy iso based offense where the ball don't move...some.new faces but the offense is exactly the same from the last two years...

Chicago has one of the worst offenses in the league. The Raptors have been in the top-10 in offense and defense with a healthy squad.
That's fair enough, but are you forgetting that the Bulls have a rookie coach who hasn't done much to improve this team (issues with personnel aside)?
The Bulls have issues too, and are reliant upon Rose actually being healthy and productive by the time the playoffs come around. I mean shyt if you don't think the Raptors have a chance against Chicago, you haven't been watching enough Bulls games this season.

At the end of the day this is still a Lowry/Derozan team with Casey and they haven't shown any reason to believe they will beat the top teams let alone win the first round. fukk stats and numbers from the first two months. We've seen this numerous times from them the past only for it to curtail near the end of the season and them get washed in the postseason

Yall had the 4th best offense last season (clearly it isn't as big of an issue as you're making it out to be) and your defense was 25th last season. You've been fluctuating between 3rd and 11th on the defensive end this season. Although most of the principles and system are still the same on offense - there's a lot more passing and player movement this season. Not to mention DeRozan and Lowry have been playing the best ball of their careers.
Last season - Raptors were 24th in passes - 281 per game
This season - Raptors are 10th in passes - 310 per game
Basically.
Proof is in the results..they went 0 for 3 against the Bulls and Cavs.
The game they should have won the lost to CHI because Casey is an idiot and doesn't properly adjust to shifts in a game...
Raptors do not have a legit 3rd option either which will prevent them from beating good teams in pressure situations...

Fam it's still a primarily iso Lowry derozan offense...there's anamolies that happen, last 5 mins of tonights game is the same almost every night....it's the backcourt taking turns getting shots off.
Fortunately wiz aren't good enough to defend it...
Offense last year was great thru most of the season with no pressure,you saw in the playoffs when applied Lowry and derozan cannot adjust...you watched the butler 40 PT half...they couldnt score in the last 4 mins...when they were pressured.
It's a 3 quarter team...sometimes the numbers do not tell the story breh...
