?It can still beat Chicago, whether or not it will is another question. Miami, Chicago, Atlanta and Toronto are all pretty much on the same level - all fighting to be the second best team.

I think Miami would beat them rather easily in a 7 game series as long as they shut down the paint.
And playoff Lowry has been disgraceful at times, especially last year.

Yeah but one of those victories was Butler going INSANE in the second half. I wouldn't use that as a scale of how well they fare against the Bulls. DeRozan/Lowry are pretty much equal to Butler and Rose, after that they're pretty much even throughout the rest of their squads - perhaps you could argue Toronto has a slight advantage. It's not the same as comparing them to Cleveland.
