He’s in great shape but not year round peeled so it’s possible. Maybe some TRT at his age.

I assume if you are getting paid to look a certain way that it’s likely you are on something because why wouldn’t you…..

Overnight oats are GOAT.

Try tossing in Chia seeds for some protein and fiber. You can use a protein shake instead of almond milk, too. I toss in blueberries, some honey and dried raisins for a little sweet kick.

It's prob one of the better breakfast options, especially for corporate workers. You fell full and have energy through the morning without feeling heavy.
What’s your ratio of chia seeds to oats? I’m about 1:1 with the oats and milk, playing with the consistency, but just got chia seeds in today

Weird week for me. Got sick last Friday. Tried to work out Wednesday but I could barely breathe out of my nose and everything felt off. Just recovering today but now i feel :flabbynsick:

5 for 5 this week with my new routine. Waking up at 4-4:15am has been tough but as long as I get to bed at 10pm, I’m gucci.

Best part about the routine is it’s sustainable.

Locked in until the end of Q1’25. No trips or travel, just a very steady schedule.

Consistently consistent.
You good with those 6hrs of sleep tho?... :usure: .. I did it for awhile until then the lack of rest caught up with me. I found I needed that solid 8 and can stretch to 7.5 to feel right in the mornings. Sucks cause it meant a 8-9pm bedtime....

So far so good, a few days I’ve been a bit groggy to be honest but nothing crazy. I do think I may have to push to 6.5hrs because 6hrs is just on the margin.

I’ll run it for the next month and modify if needed but I do think 6.5hrs will be a happy medium. Tack on another 1 hr on the weekends and I think I’ll be good.

Can anybody recommend a good set of adjustable dumb bells that ain't too expensive?
I own a set of Powerblock Sports Exp (5-50lb)


I don't think they sale them on the Powerblock site anymore but you should be able to find them sporting goods sites (I got mine from Scheels). Expect to pay $400+ for just the pair and another $150+ for the expansions(each expansion is 2 10lb plates).

Got in a good 2hrs of 9v9 soccer. My legs are absolutely cooked.

One thing I dislike about these intense workouts is it takes me forever to cool down. Like I’ll take a shower and my internal temperature will still be elevated for a good 2 hours afterwards.

Even a brisk walk on a cool day will have me breaking out in a sweat.

I walked to the tailor to pick up my shirts and by the time I got there I was sweating bullets and mind you, it’s a good 56F outside. I get there and saw this cute chick walk in. Wanted to holler but your boy was sweating like onions in a hot pan. Not a good look :francis:

Did an experiment last night. When to bed at like 9:30pm with no alarm on. Wanted to see when I’d wake up naturally…got up at 3:45am. I think I’ll be fine with a clean 6hrs.
