You coping right now. Being that overweight with none of the benefits is counterproductive.

Saying just eat and lift is how people end up in your situation. Being fat doesn’t somehow turbo charge your muscle building because you’d think at some point your muscularity would supercede that 40percent body fat.

I don't wanna be skinny. I'm good being in a baggy XL T-shirt and 32 jeans.

I love being a lineman and I love being an in shape lineman....

Been going to this small gym for a few months. The physiques are better than average.

I hardly see anyone doing the standard barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press or incline bench press. The Smith machine doesn’t get much use either.
what do they do?

Love once the holidays are over. I usually have 3-4 months of no travel/distractions.

I’m someone that can’t stay too long outside of a routine. That and I have to keep vice to an absolute minimum. I have to keep my inertia and momentum up until these habits become deeper grooves.

Last couple weeks been rough but we keep pushing.

Damn I guess I have been under a rock because I didn't even realize Modells went out of business. I was about to get the iron gym for my nephew and look for some dip bars for myself :dead:

Where are you supposed to get stuff from now? Amazon ? :francis:

Rain or shine, dead tired or not. I won't miss a gym session this year. I'm toned now, but goal is to be able to fill out a shirt. Starting strong day 1 2025

Gym was closed but hit legs yesterday. Nasty pump from the walking lunges.

Taking easy today but got miles in outside and on the Peleton

Goal for this trip is increased flexibility. Started this journey last year. I want my back kicks to be higher and more fluid.
