Seeing some arm gains (stubborn body part) from adding a third arm day per week, keeping preacher curls in my programming, and reverse curls for forearms.

I recently added the reverse curls with the bar into my regimen. I'll have to give the preachers curls a try, they look serious

Dumbbell hammer curls never really did anything for me. I got better brachialis activation from reverse curls and rope cable curls.

Preacher curls are my goat bicep exercise.
