Maybe I'm mixing up the specifics. I gotta go back and check my references. I studied the health delievery system in undergrad.


I remember having lengthy discussions wit my PH professor about chiropractors, and he talked down about using them.

He recommended PT instead.

See man those six pack abs aint worth the discomfort to me. Sorry ladies(all 3 of yall in this subsection). As long as I got a lil bit of definition, a flat stomach, and that classic V-shape I'm straight.

:therethere: It’s ok, despite what you believe, we still are doctors, and every sports, professional and minor, use chiropractors, and praise what we can do, and FYI you can massage a muscle from now until eternity, you can rehab all you want, but if the nerve inervatating the muscle is not properly working in unison with its signals to the spinal cord and brain, then nothing will help, I’m sure with you being the authority on health you have more insight than me Doc but go on and preach that basura to these people :coffee:

I mean I can cruise too. Wifey even said she likes me a little softer.

But I wanna see how far I can go :wow: Every year I keep pushing deeper and improving. It's like my father in law. He's in his 50s and he runs like 2-3 marathons a year. He's fast too. He could just cruise. But why :why:

You need to eat more vegetables. I’m eating at least half a bag with every meal. Frozen veggies are very wallet friendly. Get the plain ass store brand
