Just did this hour workout. Never did this before :ehh:
Still prefer my long ass heavy weight sessions. But this was not bad at all. 5 sets of 20 with only 1 small break.
Was burning like the AVN Awards

According to who ???

:comeon:

If there was no standard of practice we would not be licensed, or allowed to bill insurances, or call ourselves Doctor

every class that a md takes i took, minus the pharmacology classes, to extent, because we had to take classes on drugs and how they effect the body

I have the same privileges as your gp, you don’t need a referral to see me, and i can make referrals to other health care providers, i can bill insurance, etc

And in accordance with any insurance or health care entities, I’m a level 3 or 4 i forget off the top of my head, but basically i am a general practitioner, like md, do, (don’t quote me on Dr of physical therapy, but i believe them too), the only difference, i won’t give you medicine,

Depending on the state, i can deliver babies, do minor surgery, give certain medicine, give a Pap smear, check your prostate, give an eye/ear exam btw, our curriculum covers all this extensively in order to be eligible for states that allow those privileges

you should not go around believing that stuff man it’s basura

Maybe I'm mixing up the specifics. I gotta go back and check my references. I studied the health delievery system in undergrad.

I remember having lengthy discussions wit my PH professor about chiropractors, and he talked down about using them.

He recommended PT instead.

Hilarity this morning:

Chick sets up in the rack, for context her BF lifts here and he’s super deliberate with warm ups and programmming and so is she. I’m next to her and she’s going through her routine and goes to get a different bar. There is a dude that’s been lingering in the area are the minute she walks away he starts messing with her setups. Her water bottle and phone are all still next to the rack but the bar is empty. She catches him mid-gaffle, takes of her head phones and loud AF tells him to chill because all her shyt is there

It’s cool, a lot of people are ignorant as to how we can be very beneficial, plus, you realize everyone has a role and everyone can eat, in the healthcare model, it’s always foolish to talk down on a profession
