How long do ya'll be in the gym on average tho?
I go at night at an average about an hour, sometimes I be feeling I don't be going hard enough when I'm done with my 5x5 in like 45 minutes trying to find any other workout to do. I mean I mean I be feeling good after I get from the gym regardless but I don't know, I feel like I should be in there longer.

First league game and we get blown out 4-1
We played a man down for the entire game. In soccer knows when you're down a man you'll be chasing shadows the entire game. And we did just that
Men's A Competitive league is just that. Fast paced and full intensity for 60 mins. By 35 mins of constant sprints and running I was absolutely gassed. Amazing workout though. Very, very intense cardio. I know this sleep is about to be
And I got at least another 5-6 games in this league and if all goes well, I should be adding another 6-8 games in another league I'll be joining. Good set up for the rest of summer

I go for a least a hour my number 1 rule is at least to break a good sweat today I didnt really get a good sweat in because i was tired from work and had 2 guys at the gym sitting side by side one had newspaper in his handand the other was on the fly machine
just sitting there for like 10 minutes talking that shyt was unmotivating so i cut my workout short
I go one hour in the morning cardio and after work for 45-50 min doing weights

Then 30-45minutes I'm hitting some core stuff.
Then i lift for about 20-30
Then i do some circuit stuff for 10-20.
Goes by quick. I'm usually reading some fukkery on here to pass the time though.
When i did 5x5 30-45 minutes is normal. If doesnt feel like enough add more weight and up your intensity
