Haven't worked out in awhile. I'm feeling kind of out of shape, but my knees have been bothering me since a week ago.
I have had two ghetto workouts. I just walk on the treadmill and then do some arm stuff.

trainer killed me again.

Supersetted squat jumps for 10 reps, then 10 reps of back squats, and 10 reps of walking lunges per leg for 3 sets. Did 225, 250, and 275 for the weights for back squats. Idk how I got to do 9 reps of 275 but I did. Thank god I had a spot tho that last rep could of been ugly and bad.

I think I am going to continue with this volume until November 2nd and then switch to a 5x5 four times a week for the rest of the year.

For the next two weeks before I take my time off, I'm gonna be doing my dumbbell overhead press and flat and incline presses a lil different. I will do 10 reps with 1 arm then 10 with the other. Just something to change up from my normal routine and so that it is different from when I do my presses with the barbell.

When did sumo pulling get so hot? I think I see it more often now than I see people pulling conventional
