So I spend the whole afternoon shopping at the outlet mall and seeing what OTR brand has the best "slim fit" dress shirts...:whew:

Kenneth Cole "body fit" was good but too short on the sleeves and a little tight on the chest. Perry Ellis' "very slim" fit is nice...like a inch or two away from looking completely fitted on me. I got like 52'' shoulders and 31'' waist. Brooks Bros., RLP, Tommy, BR, and Nautica so called slim/athletic cuts....:scusthov: Express just some cheap shyt.

Copped some Adidas compression shirts for $10 a piece....good thing that UA is the hot brand now and it's driving other companies prices down. :ahh:

Yeah breh, water is fundamental to life. If anything I still don't drink enough to offset, the salts and sugars in my diet. Not to mention, muscles in the body consist of 70% water.

Ever since I started taking MMA classes I can't wait to go to the gym now. I fukking love Muay Thai, I just gotta get my cardio up.

And BJJ is no joke :whoo:

In about 6 months ima feel real sorry for any nikka dumb enough to run up on me :mjpls:

Actually nah, I do piss like 2 -3 times before I leave the house, but I feel damn good. I remember this athletic trainer told me how much water an elite professional athlete can be expected to drink, and my jaw dropped. This cat was talking about having piss damn near every 30 minutes and shyt :wow:

And actually I have had some pretty get workouts in the past, when I fasted(not intentionally)...
But usually it depends on what I ate earlier in the day or even more importantly, if I carb loaded the night before.....

How much did trainer say pro athletes drinking? I'm drinking about 2 gallons a day, used to be 3, but that was overkill.

:what: arent you bloated? Now how nikkas downing a gallon in one sitting ?

I try to eat no later than 2hrs before the gym. I hate going to the gym with a big meal in me and liquid

you dont get bloated if you not eating sh*tty carbs, or too much carbs. Low carbs and you wont hold the water.
