I haven't fukked with kashi in years. I remember I nearly chipped several teeth trying eat cereal back in the day. The best preworkout is a banana and a gallon of water.

Actually nah, I do piss like 2 -3 times before I leave the house, but I feel damn good. I remember this athletic trainer told me how much water an elite professional athlete can be expected to drink, and my jaw dropped. This cat was talking about having piss damn near every 30 minutes and shytyou must spend half the workout taking a piss

I try to eat no later than 2hrs before the gym. I hate going to the gym with a big meal in me and liquid
