What a fukking work out
I felt like i could be in there forever but i had to stop myself
No ego lifts either just going ham contracting and squeezing every lift.
The fukking pump was so real i know if not tomorrow sunday imma be crawling outta bed
Shoulder and back usually my fav day but man doing all upper body may replace that .
I can move around and superset to no limit
Rotated 4 different sets in at the end of my workout

I'm usually only doing two then i move on to the next exercise and everything isn't a superset.
When i superset i usually don't do the same body part doe like most folks do .
Like if I'm doing bicep curls with the bar i'll do lat raises with like a 35 lbs plate .
That shyt hurts so good
