Help me with strength training y'all. :lupe: What I do now is pilates with a body bar and sometimes I use 8-15lbs dumbbells and do really basic shyt like squatting but I feel like I'm not taking it seriously enough. It intimidates me a bit honestly so I keep putting it off but if I don't start now, I never will. Any tips for a petite female?

Hmmm. What's your goal?

Just getting into weights in general?

So I didn't realize low-handle trap bars are completely diff animal than high handle :whew: changes trap bar deads completely #noflexzone :to:

went to walmart scooped up some six star since it was rated pretty good on that website @semtex put us on to.

It wasnt bad at all :ehh:

Imma use in the am but gotta stick with that cellucor cookies and cream for post workout :noah:
