Help me with strength training y'all.What I do now is pilates with a body bar and sometimes I use 8-15lbs dumbbells and do really basic shyt like squatting but I feel like I'm not taking it seriously enough. It intimidates me a bit honestly so I keep putting it off but if I don't start now, I never will. Any tips for a petite female?
