Trap doms = headaches :mjcry:
:ohhh::ohhh::ohhh: yooo, i worked back real heavy 3 days ago and have had this pounding headache on my left side of head the past 2 days, my left trap was real tight, it aint that bad but it comes on if im holding my breath or pick something up. i was looking up if tight traps could cause headaches but was getting conflicted answers, so i said fukk it and been stretching them the past 2 days so by tomorrow I should be good. had this last month too after a heavy back day, but they're random and not after every back workout

I am returning after a a few months hiatus, from both the coli and any notion of balanced eating. Been celebrating and vacationing too much and it needs to come to an end.

I and am now :flabbynsick::flabbynsick::flabbynsick: and need my weekly doses of inspiration and accountability. Food prepped tonight, will lift tomorrow.

Help me with strength training y'all. :lupe: What I do now is pilates with a body bar and sometimes I use 8-15lbs dumbbells and do really basic shyt like squatting but I feel like I'm not taking it seriously enough. It intimidates me a bit honestly so I keep putting it off but if I don't start now, I never will. Any tips for a petite female?

No ego lifts either just going ham contracting and squeezing every lift.

The fukking pump was so real i know if not tomorrow sunday imma be crawling outta bed :mjcry:

Shoulder and back usually my fav day but man doing all upper body may replace that .

I can move around and superset to no limit :ahh:

Rotated 4 different sets in at the end of my workout :lolbron:

:whoa: I'm usually only doing two then i move on to the next exercise and everything isn't a superset.

When i superset i usually don't do the same body part doe like most folks do .

Like if I'm doing bicep curls with the bar i'll do lat raises with like a 35 lbs plate .

That shyt hurts so good :noah:
