Aesthetics not so much, I'm seeing more change on that end from cutting. But it saves me so much time. My workouts would literally take at least twice as long. ~24-30 sets in 45 minutes is pretty damn good.word ive been doing alot of supersets the last couple weeks to add volume and for the pump it gives during a workout... have u noticed any aesthetic difference at all with them?

Yeah the average gym isn't great for farmers walks. Even my apartment isn't ideal but I pull it off. I just walk from a spot in my bedroom to a spot in my living room and back and call that a rep.I want to do these so bad but I would have to drag everything outside of my gym.
I try to do legs on one day. Cardio and triceps another day. Cardio and biceps another day, and cardio and HIIT another day. I can't do heavy upper-body weights anymore so I don't have a chest or back days anymore.Break down of routine .
Weird to see just triceps and Cardio .
