After finally getting back hard into heavy weighted pullups, I realize now that I hate GVT

Those first 6/7 sets are :snooze:

Yeah, the pump is dope but what good is a pump when I'm bored as fukk

5x5 is still my favorite I think, other than doing 1 rep max

I like lifting weight that pushes me to my limit:manny:

A lot of fukkery this morning:

There is a chick that usually squats on Tuesday, barefoot :leon:. Anyway she working through sets and there is a guy just sitting behind her on bench. I don't think he was straight up :shaq: but it got a little uncomfortable because we wasn't engaged in an lift. She eventually turned around and asked him if was waiting to use the rack. He went straight :francis: and headed across the gym to do some isolation work.

I was talking to my step dad and he was saying how benching to the chest and bringing elbows below parrell will fukk up your shoulders. Tho I don't have this problem at all. If that was an issue wouldn't you do just Dumbbells instead of a barbell.

Is he right here? Just curious.

only 2,5 months back in the gym (with more knowledge and more determination than before also thanks to some brehs here) and already getting remarks from friends, family and even strangers like '' dude you got big arms'', ''do you work out(got that during a job interview lol)'', ''I should hit the gym back too''. :win:great motivation. I mean I know I’m very slowly am moving towards the goal but didn’t expect people noticing a ni99a lifting this quick while i still feel just right let’s say. :leon:stomach still looking :flabbynsick: though. :damn:

This goofy bish just argued with me for 15 minutes that eating 6000 calories of protein will not make you gain any weight because "protein is neutral" . Brehs is she full of shyt like i told her?

Her dad is some former bb named randy schaar and she seore up and down that to lose weight calories not only do not matter but you can eat ad much protein as ypu want cuz carbs are the only thing that make ypu gain weight. Oh and white rice is one of the best carbs and bread is the worst :mjlol: I swear some of the worst bro science (from a byrd no less smh) ive ever heard

About to start working from home 3 days a week, gonna write up my macros and workout routine tonight, summer about over, time to get my mind right , wont let you down brehs :mjcry:.

Only times i might slip up are my trips to DC and the Chi but iM just going to do IF, and theres an LA fit near my hotel in chicago so me and my girl will put in work each morning there. Im planning a trip to Egypt next yr/early 2017 so want to be Godlike in the Motherland:ahh:
