Was using 125 pound dumbbells to bench today and on my 9th rep started to struggle on the way down... was losing control of the one in my right hand and I felt the momentum of it sending it toward my face...
Had just enough strength left to fling it slightly away so it glanced off my chest/shoulder area.
Then I get home just now, look in the mirror right before showering and there's a monster bruise on my body.
I done got weaker since I started going moderate on the weight amounts.
