About to start working from home 3 days a week, gonna write up my macros and workout routine tonight, summer about over, time to get my mind right , wont let you down brehs :mjcry:.

Only times i might slip up are my trips to DC and the Chi but iM just going to do IF, and theres an LA fit near my hotel in chicago so me and my girl will put in work each morning there. Im planning a trip to Egypt next yr/early 2017 so want to be Godlike in the Motherland:ahh:

So I wanna do IF but my work hours fukk it up and I need advice. I work graveyard from 11 pm to 7:30 am and usually hit the gym after work because its mostLy empty at that time. I usually sleep from 11am to 5 or 6 pm. I can't figure out a good time to try to fast.

I was thinking about working out in the evening but fukk that, too many people for my tastes. Only way I workout in the evening is if it's an outdoor run or bike ride

Her dad is some former bb named randy schaar and she seore up and down that to lose weight calories not only do not matter but you can eat ad much protein as ypu want cuz carbs are the only thing that make ypu gain weight. Oh and white rice is one of the best carbs and bread is the worst :mjlol: I swear some of the worst bro science (from a byrd no less smh) ive ever heard

Tried this new gym...they had 4 squat racks both pairs set up mirroring each other. I chose the only one that is facing the gym mirror. 3 other open spots and literally had 4 guys through my workout just taking the one facing me blocking me from the mirror.:mjcry:

I've always done pushups on my knuckles instead of my palms. As a result my knucks are hard AF. Didn't know if there was any actual difference, was taught to do this 10+ years ago.

A lot of fukkery this morning:

There is a chick that usually squats on Tuesday, barefoot :leon:. Anyway she working through sets and there is a guy just sitting behind her on bench. I don't think he was straight up :shaq: but it got a little uncomfortable because we wasn't engaged in an lift. She eventually turned around and asked him if was waiting to use the rack. He went straight :francis: and headed across the gym to do some isolation work.

I was talking to my step dad and he was saying how benching to the chest and bringing elbows below parrell will fukk up your shoulders. Tho I don't have this problem at all. If that was an issue wouldn't you do just Dumbbells instead of a barbell.

Is he right here? Just curious.
Naw hes wrong

Not retracting your shoulder blades is what kills your shoulders. Get a little arch in your back and retract the shyt out of your shoulder blades. Your thoracic spine should not touch the bench at all, just upper back meat and shoulder blades.
