About to start working from home 3 days a week, gonna write up my macros and workout routine tonight, summer about over, time to get my mind right , wont let you down brehs .
Only times i might slip up are my trips to DC and the Chi but iM just going to do IF, and theres an LA fit near my hotel in chicago so me and my girl will put in work each morning there. Im planning a trip to Egypt next yr/early 2017 so want to be Godlike in the Motherland
