If you take lunch at work then fast up until thenSo I wanna do IF but my work hours fukk it up and I need advice. I work graveyard from 11 pm to 7:30 am and usually hit the gym after work because its mostLy empty at that time. I usually sleep from 11am to 5 or 6 pm. I can't figure out a good time to try to fast.
I was thinking about working out in the evening but fukk that, too many people for my tastes. Only way I workout in the evening is if it's an outdoor run or bike ride
I admit it , I don't eat vegetables. ..
Fukk it
Naw hes wrong
Not retracting your shoulder blades is what kills your shoulders. Get a little arch in your back and retract the shyt out of your shoulder blades. Your thoracic spine should not touch the bench at all, just upper back meat and shoulder blades.
So a fasted workout is optimal but not mandatory then? I can rock with that, thanksIf you take lunch at work then fast up until then
I dont know about decline but I def retract on incline. Actually I find it easier to retract on incline. Just practice.I don't do flat bench just incline and decline. I find it hard to arch and retract on those. Any tips?
Personally I cant do fasted, everyone is different. I tried it for a while and it was going OK, and then one day I tried it and just completely bonked out. Give it a try I guess but I feel like it's not worth it.So a fasted workout is optimal but not mandatory then? I can rock with that, thanks
Brehs do y'all do knuckle push ups? Or is it just me?
Meal timing doesn't matter, the main benefit of IF is since you eat less, you can fit in bigger meals, which gives flexibility to be able to fit in calorie dense foods and or feel more satisfied. So a fasted workout is optimal but not mandatory then? I can rock with that, thanks
Yep fact is its a form of restriction that is more straight forward than just "don't eat so much"Meal timing doesn't matter, the main benefit of IF is since you eat less, you can fit in bigger meals, which gives flexibility to be able to fit in calorie dense foods and or feel more satisfied.
