Quickest workouts I always have are the times I go in there to just do cardio. I hate that shyt. I get bored and so unenthused that I up and leave. I forreal feel like a :hamster: on a wheel

Had a horrible night of sleep, kept waking up. And considering I got work from 10-6 I thought to myself you know what, why not just get your workout over with.

Was able to bench 170 3 x 10. Overhead press was the same. But I def want to see put a more emphasis on pull ups when I switch to full body when school starts.

Didn't work out all last week. I was fighting a cold. I still have a little bit of left. A lot of coughing and congestion.

I'm definetly gonna take a week off from the gym before I go into the full body routine. But I'm also considering taking 2 weeks off from lifting and using the 2nd week to just do cardio & body weight stuff. Still not 100% sure.
