I've been doing machine leg workouts forever and finally decided to do barbell squats and dead lifts for the first time
I literally couldn't walk brehs wtf!? I didn't even do as many reps per set as I usually do and used much less weight. I've never experienced that before. I was literally falling all over the place like I was having multiple strokes
This is my new favorite workout brehs can't wait to do it again. I want to leave in a wheelchair next time.
I don't feel like I have been mentally into a workout for weeks. One one hand I'm accomplishing the goals for that day, on the other I feel like I'm just there.
Where do you feel the most muscle activation on your conventional deads?Alright guys right now my lower body routine has me doing
Lower 1:
Back squat
Convential Deadlift
Walking lunges
Step ups
Lower 2:
Front squat
Deadlidt variation
Walking lunges
Step ups
For my deadlidt variation would be better if I did RDLS or back extensions. Just not sure what would be better to do on my 2nd lower day.
I`m taking the day off, might do some cardio tonight if I feel restless since I`m working from home, today would normally be my 2nd leg day for the week, but I have not tracked macros all week, so recovery hasn't been as good as it normally is lol, I`m kinda ready for Fall just so I can lock and load mentally on this diet, Doesn't help they building a Chick Fil A down the street from the crib either .
Saturday is Chest day, probably going to switch to Dumbbells for bench for a few weeks.
YupThe one on Northside next to Cookout? It's so
I almost wrecked with I saw that the other day.
