Take your time do it rightWas able to do 10 reps of 170 on the flat bench. Hopefully it won't be too long till I can do 185 for 10 but I'm gonna be patient.

I plan to count calories until the day I die. I go on MyFitnessPal and map out my meal plan for the day every day before breakfast. Since I eat a lot of the same foods over and over it takes less than 3 minutes.Any brehs quit counting Calories religiously and only "eyeballs" now? I feel like I have pretty much eaten the same amount of food for so long I can guesstimate what I`m eating. I have however started Juicing to replace usage of multivitamins, and kind of concerned I may be intaking too much Sugar, as I have been using a lot of fruits to improve taste of some juices (I make em for me and my girl, in larger batches).
Not on this cut breh... soon as I step off the straight and narrow I start backsliding. Im in the second stage now and I gotta be strict AF for the most part. Had to throw out a bag of chips yesterdayAny brehs quit counting Calories religiously and only "eyeballs" now? I dont log every meal but I def weigh shyt out and make sure I dont go over. At least for this cut. When I get back on my bulk shyt I will just go by the scale.
I didn't formally count a thing on my last "cut". I didn't even have a real handle on TDEE either.Any brehs quit counting Calories religiously and only "eyeballs" now? That said I think you are correct in thinking you need to count in regarding to sugar in your fruit intake is going to be high. I'm counting everything now (not weighing) because I've got certain macros to hit and things like sugar to keep in control.
Just too much shyt going on. High key summer time is the worst time to cut. Winter/early spring Im home chilling most of the time.yea, diet is my downfall lol, I will do good for a week or two, then just mess up. I was thinking that maybe I should be less strict on calorie counting and just make sure my activity level is high, but I think that will be a set up for disaster/over eating.
bruh who you telling, Summer is THE WORST time, so many food festivals in my city during this time, and good weather just makes you want to go outside and go out to eat. Last yr from Sept to Jan I lost 25lbs, and I gained it all back with spring and summer of this yrJust too much shyt going on. High key summer time is the worst time to cut. And yea I tried that high activity shyt. Aside from it giving me a mental green light to overeat, it was also killing my recovery. That shyt killed a lot of my leg strength.

yea, I know the sugar in fruits aren't as bad as those in processed foods like candy. I typically will consume no more than 8 oz of juiced fruits/veggies a day so I think I`m good, but I just started eating dates and them things arebut the amount of calories in them are

It's a little bit of a push/pull. I think if the sugar is coming from fruit and generally complex bars you should be fine. When you start discussing desserts, cereal, pop tarts, etc you likely want to keep the daily total below 70ish. Again that is figuring a pretty high crab load of 300 plus grams.
