It's a little bit of a push/pull. I think if the sugar is coming from fruit and generally complex bars you should be fine. When you start discussing desserts, cereal, pop tarts, etc you likely want to keep the daily total below 70ish. Again that is figuring a pretty high crab load of 300 plus grams.

I Try to keep my carbs no higher than 250, because anything over 300 I get bloated as my activity level isn't that high since I work out of my home or office desk a lot of the day. I do work out twice a day 3-4 times a week out of the 6 days I go to the gym, but still I hold water easy as hell, so I don't do high carbs unless its a 2 a day.

Ran 3 one-mile runs on the treadmill. I ran the first and second 1-mile runs at 6.2 MPH and the third one at 7 MPH. I'm trying to push the envelope instead of jogging it at a lame 5.5 MPH pace. :to:
I also did some bicep curls in between the one-mile runs.

Well fukk...didn't get it. 505 is my PR. Got 495 almost all the way up but then my grip gave out. I don't think I even got it off the ground on my second attempt. If I would've had my chalk I would've been money I think. Oh well, next time I guess

Need to buy a weight belt. Weight vests limit your shoulders range of motion too much with movements like pullups and dips
