There really is truth to setting up your big lifts the exact same way every time, the way you get tight, walk out, pull slack outta the bar whatever. .. . Take away all variables and you know as soon as u touch the bar what time it is that day. I honestly felt like ANYTHING I loaded on the squat rack woulda moved today
It's so hard to hold yourself back when ur on a periodized program (training for a meet hopefully in the late fall)
