My experience with GVT the first time was I was I added a lot of muscle and could lift much bigger weights when I switched back to a regular program. That shyt used to have me looking yoked.
This is the first time I've really stuck to a program in a while. Which should help tremendously :heh:

I get a lot of shyt at work from co-workers about my nutrition direction. Fast forward one co-worker in particular along with some other people got together last night to catch up with some friends. General menu was pizza but if anybody wanted anything else so be it. The co-worker jumps in requesting a salad because they are cutting carbs before a vacation. She also wasn't going to drink :manny:

Last night:
Her: Man that pizza looks good, I'll just have one slice.

A glass of wine came into the picture.

By the end of the night she was ready to make a fro-yo run :francis:

For the most part I don't care what people do. I like to discuss it to a certain degree if they are fairly knowledgeable. I was definitely :wtb: because she talks so much shyt but the first move is to cut carbs but she has no real concept and immediately through it in the bushes.

You really think Brownies and cookies are better than pizza? Pizza uses olive oil right? and Brownies and Cookies are like a stick of butter and 75g sugar in each. IDK, they close, but I think the sugar makes brownies and cookies worse. idk though :manny:

Pizza is hit or miss with me at this point. It's not filling enough to invest the cals in. I would rather have good proteins and dessert than pizza

I dont think they are great, but at least with cookies/brownies I have some idea of what the calories are. I can have ~600kcal of them + milk and feel satisfied. Pizza? Unless u make it urself u really dont have any idea what the calorie hit is, and high key I need about half a large NY pie before Im done with it. Pizza is by far the GOAT bulking food, it encourages recklessness and is very nutritionally vague/deceptive.

I can prob put down like 1500kcal of pizza in 30 minutes. shyt is :demonic:. Im getting hungry just thinking about it
