Try cross gripI tried to do front squatsi almost choked myself. I did the two finger sh*t, elbows up, idk, I guess it just aint for me.
I dont think they are great, but at least with cookies/brownies I have some idea of what the calories are. I can have ~600kcal of them + milk and feel satisfied. Pizza? Unless u make it urself u really dont have any idea what the calorie hit is, and high key I need about half a large NY pie before Im done with it. Pizza is by far the GOAT bulking food, it encourages recklessness and is very nutritionally vague/deceptive.You really think Brownies and cookies are better than pizza? Pizza uses olive oil right? and Brownies and Cookies are like a stick of butter and 75g sugar in each. IDK, they close, but I think the sugar makes brownies and cookies worse. idk though![]()

Pizza is hit or miss with me at this point. It's not filling enough to invest the cals in. I would rather have good proteins and dessert than pizza
