Sooo sore. Definitely can't work out today before I have to work but wish I could but I needa rest.

Sucks. Gonna be at work from 3-11 looking at other people working out and won't be able to :sadcam:

Side note: killed leg day last night. Leg presses and calf raises . I love you :blessed:

A friend pushed me to do 70 weight leg extensions and I didn't think I could cause I've never even done them until last night lol but ended up doing 3 sets of 15.

Same friend told me he's proud of me and noticed I've been making progress and going hard. He said when I first started working out he thought I was all talk but he's proud of me for sticking it out and being at the gym every single day. Felt good to hear that

Did ring dips for yesterday for my gvt upper body push day. shyt was intense :whoo: broke part of the buckle on the ring straps. A nugga must be makin them gains :mjpls:

My experience with GVT the first time was I was I added a lot of muscle and could lift much bigger weights when I switched back to a regular program. That shyt used to have me looking yoked.
