Saw someone this morning using the trap bar for a standing overhead press. It Prob isnt a crazy idea, but I just never seen someone do that before.

By the end of the night she was ready to make a fro-yo run
For the most part I don't care what people do. I like to discuss it to a certain degree if they are fairly knowledgeable. I was definitely because she talks so much shyt but the first move is to cut carbs but she has no real concept and immediately through it in the bushes.

I used to be able to do Olympic style grip front squats. I lost my shoulder flexibility and can't do it anymore. Instead, I keep my upper arms parallel to the floor, bend my elbows inward to hold the bar so that upper arms are keeping the bar up. RICEI'm so fukking depressed. Going on my 3rd day of no gym. Not because I want to but because idk how but somehow the other day doing legs I fukked my left ankle/leg up
My calf hurts so bad when I walk on it and my ankle is swollen as fukk.
I could do upper body but this shyt is draining all my energy.
Worst part is I shouldn't be walking on it and letting it rest/heal but I have been since I have to work and stand up for 8 hours.
