Yeah I could do the damage but for that 1500. I could get grilled meat and that pint of ice cream in :blessed:
O no doubt, I could get a lot of quality in for 1500.... but if I had the freedom I would def inhale that pizza

Just like I dare nikkas to have more than ~400kcal of oatmeal in one sitting... I dare anyone to have just one slice of pizza out of a pie. Just one............................. :scumbag:

I get a lot of shyt at work from co-workers about my nutrition direction. Fast forward one co-worker in particular along with some other people got together last night to catch up with some friends. General menu was pizza but if anybody wanted anything else so be it. The co-worker jumps in requesting a salad because they are cutting carbs before a vacation. She also wasn't going to drink :manny:

Last night:
Her: Man that pizza looks good, I'll just have one slice.

A glass of wine came into the picture.

By the end of the night she was ready to make a fro-yo run :francis:

For the most part I don't care what people do. I like to discuss it to a certain degree if they are fairly knowledgeable. I was definitely :wtb: because she talks so much shyt but the first move is to cut carbs but she has no real concept and immediately through it in the bushes.

Well, if she was one of the co-workers who thinks your diet plan or eating choices is wrong, well, you can always use that evening as an example of how stupid and ridiculous she is. Of course, you can just ignore it all to avoid getting all Ray Rice in her face too, i.e. throwing her down and punching her lights out. Some battles are just worth ignoring.

Trust me it's not that serious. She is just one of those people that thinks her outdated base of knowledge is correct.

People just aren't smart enough to realize there is general ways to go about it and more detailed/tedious factors when you are trying to drastically change body composition.

I tried to do front squats :wtf: i almost choked myself. I did the two finger sh*t, elbows up, idk, I guess it just aint for me.
I used to be able to do Olympic style grip front squats. I lost my shoulder flexibility and can't do it anymore. Instead, I keep my upper arms parallel to the floor, bend my elbows inward to hold the bar so that upper arms are keeping the bar up. It still chokes my throat a bit.

I'm so fukking depressed. Going on my 3rd day of no gym. Not because I want to but because idk how but somehow the other day doing legs I fukked my left ankle/leg up

My calf hurts so bad when I walk on it and my ankle is swollen as fukk.

I could do upper body but this shyt is draining all my energy.

Worst part is I shouldn't be walking on it and letting it rest/heal but I have been since I have to work and stand up for 8 hours.

Think I might have to go to the hospital :mjcry:l
