I've never seen a glute pump like the one I got from deficit trap bar deads. Same goes for the lower quad area near the knee. shyt was ERECT brehs :wow:

Is GVT for bulking, cutting, or just building strength? thinking about geting into it...


When I did a few years back as a usual routine..it was mostly for size and cutting. My strength fell off a bit, but nothing you couldn't come back from in a month. My joints were :flabbynsick: for my shoulders though.

What Flavors?

I do chocolate fudge for protein and fruit punch for BCAAs. They seem to have either changed or fukked up the BCAA formula though. Just got an order and it tastes horrible. I gotta get some stevia and citric acid to cancel out the BCAA taste. They fukked it all the way up. They are generally pretty good though.

Sooo sore. Definitely can't work out today before I have to work but wish I could but I needa rest.

Side note: killed leg day last night. Leg presses and calf raises . I love you :blessed:

A friend pushed me to do 70 weight leg extensions and I didn't think I could cause I've never even done them until last night lol but ended up doing 3 sets of 15.

Same friend told me he's proud of me and noticed I've been making progress and going hard. He said when I first started working out he thought I was all talk but he's proud of me for sticking it out and being at the gym every single day. Felt good to hear that
