2 questions:

what is everyone thoughts on muscle milk (i start taking it last week)

and how much protein are you guys intaking a day?
I try to get 25-30g over thee meals at least. I don't keep track other wise. Of course I'm not in a phase of trying to add muscle mass.

I aim for 1g of protein/1 kg lean body mass....hard to know what is "right" with so much wildly different information out there.

So, for me, about 170g/day protein :yeshrug:

Hype as fukk!!

So one of my gym rat regular buddies is having his girlfriend who goes hard as fukk like everyday and knows a lot of shyt help me with some upper body work outs. Cause im lost when it comes to upper body and been doing just legs pretty much everyday for the past month lol but anyways..today we met up at Golds at 10:30 and did a shyt ton of upper body work outs until 1. Still gotta get my form down but I'm hype about a. Making a new girl gym buddy who knows what she's doing and is serious and b. Learning a bunch of shyt.

I'm gonna go back around 5 and do some lower body, though lol skipped working out yesterday cause I had no time and didn't go as hard on legs the sat before as I could have. Plus j want to get some cardio in.

Going to give GVT a try inside of PHAT. @semtex You have any tips regarding it thus far? Also what site are you following the workout on?

I have exactly 6 weeks until summer vacation.. Trying to get it in :blessed:

I rested/cardio for 4 straight days, hoping to start it tomorrow.
