Nah i can lose weight easily since im East african its just maintaining it is the hard part. I just dont wanna over eat when i break my fast and go straight to the gym you know?just eat all your calories in that window i wouldnt do cardio just straight lifting

Co-workers are the worstI don't like admitting it but I swear the stronger/better shape I get into the more I'm feeling like I can't relate to my peers.
Went out with some of my guys last night and one of them brought up a squat vid I posted a few weeks ago and I ended up having to spend most of the night listening to two of them rambling about why they don't workout, almost like they were trying to justify it to me. Just odd man this fitness shyt can be a lonely grind at times but I'm in it for the haul

@CrimsonTider If your goal is just to have bigger legs and look better, you can use the smith machine, one of the best body builders of all time didn't even do back squats or flat bench. Dorian Yates did leg press only and fukked with decline/incline bench without flat, you can build muscle any way you please. People harp on the compound lifts too much, the general population are not elite athletes so do whatever works for you and gets the results you want.
If people really wanted to build stabilizer muscles they'd do swimming or get a heavy ass weight vest and go hiking with it.

and how much protein are you guys intaking a day?
