Job is celebrating national donut day. National fukking donut day. There are literally donuts everywhere. They have all kinds of donut vendors set up in the main conference hall. All this after I had a ~300kcal overshoot yesterday. Satan I rebuke thee
There is a box of Krispy Kreme in our kitchen right now. I'm unmoved :manny:

I always thank god that stuff like cake and donuts don't tempt me that much. Makes eating healthy so much easier to manage.

Also what are your guys beliefs on bench press in regards to it touching your chest. My trainer always told me, if it doesn't touch your chest the rep doesn't count. And that is how I always looked at.

But most of the people in the gym only go halfway down. Just wondering really.

I always thank god that stuff like cake and donuts don't tempt me that much. Makes eating healthy so much easier to manage.
Im weak..... donuts, brownies, large round female buttocks, I like all kinds of cakes :mjcry: Last two weeks I have been on a low key sugar binge. Brownies, ice cream, etc.... thats where my misses are

fukk it though, if I can make it through lunch the rest of these :flabbynsick: MFers will clean up.

Bring it to your chest. If u bringing it halfway theres no way u can be consistent. If u cant do that use dumbbells

for a whole month u dont eat i woudnt go to the gym at all u could pass out can u drink anything bro
i was thinking of doing light workout atleast after i break my fast. Might buy a big tub of weight gainer to help me maintain my weight
