that sucks bro. Gotta try not to turn to food to help with Stress.
It su ks. My feet were hurting too, had to stay late because people held me up, took a cab for like 50 something too. I just gave up on all fronts


I feel pretty good today though.

ladder (or pyramid)
135 lbs x 10 reps

245 lbs. x 10 reps
265 lbs x 6 reps (or if you can go to 10)
285 lbs. x 3 reps (or more if you can)
305 lbs x 1 rep (or more if you can)
295 lbs. x 1 rep (you can attempt 315 or go down to 285 depending on how you are feeling)
285 lbs. x 1 rep

heavy - it's not an aerobic workout. I take a good break between the one rep sets so no lactic acid is hanging around. I do this is the squat rack and am comfortable with putting the barbell down on the spotter bars if I can't make the attempt.

Pretty good week so far. With the standing barbell overhead press I did 10 reps with 95 lbs. Today for my last set i back squatted 250 for 10 reps. Hopefully I can get 225 for 6 reps on deads when I do them again next week. Which I changed from 10 to 6 reps since my form kept breaking down After 7 or 8 reps and I couldn't progress for a while.
