My own aches and pains and limitations do the job for me. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Cycling through German Volume Training again (that shyt is still my favorite routine) and need a new regimen. Anyone have any suggestions as far as sets, reps, and max % goes? I want to try a new and interesting routine. Preferably split, not full-body.
I was looking over this and it's interesting. Might not be a fit however:

GVT:aiscrust:

I'd dread working out if I did that for any more than 2-3 weeks. That shyt is tailor made for ROID heads who can actually pull that off and recover from it

I'm a lean 6'6, 235 and I don't use any supplements, barely even mess with protein powder at this point. I'm like the exact opposite of who you're describing. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Whenever I do GVT, by the end of it I'm mad defined and my strength goes up significantly.

I need to bring my carbs way up. Idk why I keep letting them drop. Then it doesn't occur to me til I can't make it through a normal ass workout.

6 weeks is prob reaching

It's the limit, for sure. But I'm being so sincere - I've never felt stronger than after doing GVT. And cut the fukk up too. I also bike about 100 miles a week these days. I've never been in better shape all around, not even at my peak of high-level basketball.
