Put me in the gym fresh and warmed up and I'd knock out 5 or 6 good reps with 100s, but I'd struggle with the OHP. I be feeling it in my lats and all of my shoulders. :mjcry:
I can't touch 100s with dumbbells but can get 185 on ohp for 6-7 reps :dwillhuh:

How you snap your ish on Leg press? Thats the workout I tend to do when I get hurt on squats

not sure if it's what @Soundbwoy was doing but it's pretty easy to do if you start getting into big weights and forget to keep your /tailbone on the the seat, that heavy ass weight is basically pressing down on your lower back/spine if you're not staying as flat as possible.

Big weights on leg press is subjective though, loading up 20 plates isn't necessarily a lot as the angle assists you. I can totally understand snapping your ish on Squats, but Leg press its just mind blowing to me, not that it can't happen but I would thing being that you are seated and have something on your back there would be no need to arch
