mind you I was doing my low rep:mjcry: now im out of commission for the whole week end:mjcry:

give it a week you will be straight, I`d just do high rep leg extensions, leg curls, and calf raises for your leg workouts until then. If after a week and a half you are still in pain you need to see a doctor.

it happens to the best of us breh, you only get one back tho so let it heal

Big weights on leg press is subjective though, loading up 20 plates isn't necessarily a lot as the angle assists you. I can totally understand snapping your ish on Squats, but Leg press its just mind blowing to me, not that it can't happen but I would thing being that you are seated and have something on your back there would be no need to arch

absolutely, I very rarely use the leg press for anything other than some single leg or feet together stuff so i'm not the best person to ask "what's big weight on the leg press"

I see people often start slightly popping their tailbone off the seat to get extra torque to push the plates up when it might be a weight they can't handle properly just yet and that's all it takes to have the leg press go bad in a hurry. Happens a lot with tall brehs i've noticed.

I bought some polos at Macy's that make me look amazin :whoo:

Semi-related

For everyday work attire I've been wearing these dri-fit Russel athletic shirts from Wal-Mart for $10:

(not sure if that is the exact model# or if there is a variation)

Not gonna win any fashion awards, but they have a great fit around the shoulders and chest. Some of them are higher on the arms and show off biceps well, some of them are a tad longer. I often wear a light jacket over them at work just because they show my shape so well that I don't want everyone thinking I'm vain:heh:. Plus they are moisture wicking, which for me is of big importance right now.

I'm fukking DONE with cotton:camby:

It's 2015, if your underwear is cotton you lost like a motherfukker:scusthov:
And if you work in an environment that can get sweaty and you are wearing cotton shirts you lost too:scusthov:

It just so happens that my office is down in the warehouse and occasionally I get sweaty, so I wear these shirts 5 days a week and my armpits stay looking dry :whew:

Meh I don't see the issue with cotton underwear. I'm not a person who sweats a lot without heavy exercise :manny:

Youtubers keep me humble

My own aches and pains and limitations do the job for me. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Cycling through German Volume Training again (that shyt is still my favorite routine) and need a new regimen. Anyone have any suggestions as far as sets, reps, and max % goes? I want to try a new and interesting routine. Preferably split, not full-body.
