Tried doing a seated barbell overhead press and it just felt uncomfortable for me. Prob will end up using standing dumbbell overhead press as the change up from the military/overhead press with the barbell that I normally do.

Breh......I'm so tired of seeing FB/IG pics with a bunch of plates on the leg press. Never see nobody squatting shyt.Too many cats here are happy to tell you about how many plates they put on the leg press but get real if you ask what's that squat like tho

I struggle with them as well. I always end up arching my back..
Have to brace the shyt out of your abs.... prob wont hurt to wear a belt. Think about it.... your back arches.... to keep it from arching u have to flex ur abs. Standing shoulder BB press is an underrated lift, it is very technical and demanding. I stopped doing these cause they hurt my back and I dont have the time to master that technique right now. I just do seated DB press. Even with that you have to brace the abs... feels totally different.
