Myself
I was doing so well the last couple months. Going 3-4 times a week, and can see the difference from January to recently.

Then my allergies started acting up:wtb:

I shrugged it off but got hit with food poison.

Took a few days off, came back and played ball. Not sure how but I ended up hurting my back:sadcam:

Maybe my body is trying to tell me something. I been wanting to get back into yoga:patrice:

Tried doing a seated barbell overhead press and it just felt uncomfortable for me. Prob will end up using standing dumbbell overhead press as the change up from the military/overhead press with the barbell that I normally do.

Have to brace the shyt out of your abs.... prob wont hurt to wear a belt. Think about it.... your back arches.... to keep it from arching u have to flex ur abs. Standing shoulder BB press is an underrated lift, it is very technical and demanding. I stopped doing these cause they hurt my back and I dont have the time to master that technique right now. I just do seated DB press. Even with that you have to brace the abs... feels totally different.

I enjoy doing standing, been doing it belt less now too, joints are taxing as hell. Did 185 for 5 earlier in the week and :wow:
