I been eating like a pig, minimum 3200 calories every day, chips candy pop whatever. Lost 2 lbs last week.

A pop tart is pretty much candy. 1 strawberry pop tart is 200kcal with 16g sugar. The Snickers shyt I had was 250kcal with like 25g of sugar I only do candy like once a week, just keeps my sweet tooth in check. Last time I did a cut and tried to cut out all sugar from my diet.... I blacked out one weekend... I just remember being on the train on a Saturday morning... and then I was surrounded by empty Tagalong boxes Id rather just have little hits here and there than hold off and wild out. #IIFYMlifeYou eating candy everyday breh ?

Think eating 4000 calories of salad but only burning 2500 calories on the day is fine because salad is "clean" brehs.
Not have common sense to know calories in vs calories out doesnt mean eat 3000 calories worth of poptarts cause it fits your caloric goal brehs.
Thats why we have macro and micro nutrients to track.
