I already have my go to sandwich... footlong meatball marinara, works out to about 1100 calories the way I like it. I just have to go super clean the rest of the day... chicken and low carb veggies (prob brussell sprouts tonite) and a whey shake.

You have to know your body and what it reacts too. I don't eat Subway but I would if I needed the meal. You can get into organic/GMO and aal that but that's a little bigger than most people struggles to me.
