Man go on somewhere, Calories in Vs Calories out is basic science, if you think that is false then we dont ever need to talk fitness. Eat what the hell you want to eat the end, all because YOU choose to eat that stuff dont guilt someone else into following your format. I lost 90 lbs in 8 months and during that time I had cookies, burgers, fried chicken, etc. Did I get all my calories from "junk"? No, but did I restrict the type of foods I ate? Hell no, I fit my meals into my daily calorie and macro nutrient goals. How is this a hard concept to grasp? Miss me with the "clean" bro science.

Yep either way I still lean towards eating clean. I still eat too damn much tho. I eat clean because it's how I get my vitamins and minerals"clean foods" style of dieting was created as a fool proof way for beginners to hit goals, the more advance you become in your journey is when you can move from the clean foods model to a pure calories in vs calories out. For example I can go to most restaurants and guesstimate how many calories are in my meals from years of tracking different ingredients, the avg beginner can't do that thus eating "clean foods" limits risk of over eating. The issue with "eating clean" is many think because they eat clean they dont have to track calories, so they can eat 4000 calories of chicken rice and broc yet only burn 2000 calories a day and now they are puzzled why the scale isn't going down.

That reminds me, why are you guys stateside so against oral only steroid cycles? almost everyone I know who uses down my gym is on dianabol a few on prohormones and anavar,only know one who injects . I myself am doing an anavar only cycle in a weeks time. After that guy telling me about that bullshyt with injecting, involving his wife , Iam thinkng fukk that shyt if I shyt my liver out I do. fukking don't want syringes in the house anyway,you never know who might find them.
