Unless you grow it yourself it isn't "clean" thats why I find it funny when people think eating wal mart GMO chicken and veggies is doing something.
GMO or not, it still has vitamins and other nutrients unlike cookies and shyt like that

I get that but most people need to worry about eating well instead of what type worrying about grass-fed, organic, etc.

What is eating well? Anything in excess can cause harm, people aren't fat because they ate a bag a chips people are fat because they eat in excess. We need to end all this "Clean" bull. Just say you enjoy eating food that are less calorie dense. No such thing as clean food.

One can make an argument that they enjoy Non Processed foods more than processed since non processed foods are more rich in macro and micro nutrients, I have no problem with that. The whole "I dont eat candy because it makes you fat" is idiotic. You can eat a ton of "Clean" foods and still get fat.

You made the connection. Less calorie dense foods lead to excessive eating and they typically contain less micro-nutrients

I don't disagree with what you are saying but Cals in vs Cal Out is a much more nuanced discussion than people realize especially when you aren't experienced in nutrition.

My issue is people assume "Cals in vs Cals out" = eating a tub of ice cream, when Cals in vs Cals Out is literally the science behind every diet and meal plan in existence, the goal of a diet is to come up with a way to make someone eat less calories than they burn, outside of maybe Keto which even then I believe people still create a caloric deficit.

:beli: literally got ganged on by some powerlifters. dudes tried to lecture me on using belts. "If I need to use a belt I probably shouldn't be lifting that weight." there is a outdoor area for compound lifts so it's a pissing match gauntlet. :wow:they really got in their feelings because a guy with half their body fat doing numbers like them.

:mindblown: I don't follow that logic in the slightest.

If they're advising you on avoiding use of a belt, they're not powerlifters breh :heh:

The quote is my belief which I don't shove down people's throat. They were warning me I practically shouldn't be lifting more than 3 playes without it. Literally was like being approached by jehovah witnesses

Oh, I love my belt :manny:, but I won't tell anyone to get one unless they're already seriously considering it.
