Sometimes things have a way of working themselves out. As long as you listen to your body you should be skraight. I had to take a few days off to move and I have come back a lot stronger despite staying in a deficitI cannot figure out if I go too hard or not hard enough. I keep getting aches and pains and feeling sluggish though

Depends on your rep range too bro. I dont go lower than 6 reps/set so the only thing really limiting my volume is time, and for now, caloriesyeah it makes me feel because it seems like other people's programs have so many more exercises in them but they don't have this prob. but you work everything a couple, few times a week right? so it still evens out. shyt, i still do the once a week thing, maybe twice if im lucky, but with work n shyt i cant be going 5-6 days a week. im back to 3 days lifting max, sometimes 2 days... but i do 5-6 exercises a workout, 18-21 sets max .yeah it makes me feel because it seems like other people's programs have so many more exercises in them but they don't have this prob. I killed my legs last night I went super heavy on almost everything wih good ass form .
I'm still fixing my squats so I didn't go too heavy .
lol nah I did cardio first and then legs .....thats a suicide mission if I did the reverse
