This is how I felt after yesterday's workout!
After the fiasco last week with my bad spotter almost fukking up my shoulder with 95s on the chest press I tried the 100s for 5 reps. My first time going somewhat heavy on inclines with 75s.
Tried the tips you guys gave me on clinching my ass cheeks for the overhead shoulder press...went up 20lbs. Still need to perfect the form before I go heavy on it. First time drinking whole milk instead of skim for my protein shake and it tastes waay better.
Geeked up on that hard work.
