Them gains are coming in quick. I workout at lunch time with some Army coworkers and have been getting the "WTF are you taking?!" comments. Also theres was some coworkers hooping at lunch as well, I step in there to grab some water and to clown some of their non coordinated asses and get a "wtf you been eating Sgt?" comment. People are noticing more than me..

I need to start deadlifting, definitely going to need someone to peep my form in the gym.. I already know it's shyt.

I'm damn near handicap from those deadlifts Saturday
Yeah, isn't it kind of ironic that when you walk out the gym looking all beefed up after a hard workout, but that's the worst time to get into a fight.

I did 100 more deadlifts with 225 yesterday for cardio :krs: double overhand might I add

My home is my gym but this true.

did 4x10 deadlifts with 195 lbs today, and immediately drop setted the last set with 135 lb x 10... not much, but feelin like a new man

Deadlift one rep max slowly but surely catching up my squat

Did legs yesterday.
Smith machine squats. 135 lbs. x 10 reps. 2 sets.
Barbell squats: 185 lbs x 10 reps. 9 sets.

Legs are a little sore today.

anyone know this OG site, it literally had like every exercise ever in life listed for each part of the body. it also had mad templates for how to build a routine. i bookmarked this shyt in my browser way back in 06/07, it had the whole early web look, like almost purely HTML :laugh: i'm trying to revamp/build a routine now that i'm no longer with my trainer and needed it for reference. +rep, dap, and endless :hug: for whoever helps me out
