Been known about exrx butanyone know this OG site, it literally had like every exercise ever in life listed for each part of the body. it also had mad templates for how to build a routine. i bookmarked this shyt in my browser way back in 06/07, it had the whole early web look, like almost purely HTMLi'm trying to revamp/build a routine now that i'm no longer with my trainer and needed it for reference. +rep, dap, and endless
